      A: News Clusters is a news headlines post. The headlines listed on News Clusters' pages are links to articles on the web sites where these articles originate. The goal of News Clusters is to help readers gain access articles on web sites that they wouldn't normally have time to view on a regular basis and to add value to news source sites by directing News Clusters users to these sites. Without News Clusters, these users may not otherwise visit these sites.

    • Q: Are all of News Clusters' services free for me to use?

      A: It's free! However, a select number of thirdy party sites that we link to, such as Finanicial Times, require paid registration to read articles.

    • Q: How can I advertise on NewsClusters.com?

      A: Thanks for your interest! Please direct all of your advertising inquiries here.

    • Q: I am a member of the Press, how can I contact the News Clusters team?

      A: We admit it: We love publicity. If you are a member of the press and you're interested in learning more about our website or company, please contact our PR team.

    • Q: What is a Cluster?

      A: A News Clusters Cluster is a side-by-side arrangement of news sources housing the most up to the minute breaking headlines from each respective source.

    • Q: What is a Custom Cluster?

      A: News Clusters' Custom Cluster allows you to select whatever source you would like and read the breaking news from your favorite sources all in one very localized spot!

    • Q: What is a News Map?

      A: News Maps are a fun news utilities that is only on News Clusters. News Maps allow you to highlight states or nations, click wherever you're interested, and receive the news from that area! Try one out!

    • Q: What are Featured Clusters and why do they exist?

      A: Featured Clusters are defined by a singe source, such as the New York Times. Each Featured Cluster displays that source in the upper left corner of the Cluster. Below each headline of the source, you'll find a helpful snippet of information. Featured Clusters are located at the top of the U.S., World, Business, Entertainment and Sports pages. They're there to highlight some of the exciting news sources that News Clusters covers!

    • Q: Does News Clusters frame news articles or direct users to major news sources?

      A: We do not frame news articles. Instead, News Clusters directs you (once your click on an article) directly to the source where the article originated.

    • Q: Will I leave News Clusters if I click on an article?

      A: No, but a new tab will open to the right of the News Clusters tab. All articles are opened in a new browser tab once clicked.

    • Q: Can I suggest articles for listing?

      A: Yes! We would appreciate your suggestions. Click here to email over a suggestion. Thanks!

    • Q: Can I comment on articles?

      A: Soon. We're still at a very raw beta phase, but a comments feature will be added in the coming weeks.

    • Q: Does News Clusters archive articles?

      A: Not yet. We may begin archiving headlines and links to articles in the near future. In the mean time, check out the GuardianNewsTraces and BBC NewsTracesutilities. They're pretty nifty!
